The world will know we belong to Jesus when they see our love. How do they see it?

By the way we treat one another.

By how we talk about each other.

By our conversation: our tone of voice.

By how we listen: our eye contact, our facial expressions.

By how we respond when someone wrongs us.
-
By how we respond when someone is in need.
The world is watching. What do they see?
The truth is... they can't see our heart. But they can see what comes from our heart.
That's why Jesus so strongly emphasized the importance of love -- Because that's the primary evidence of the Gospel. If we don't love each other, then we are denying the Gospel. We're telling the world that there's nothing real to Christianity. We're telling them that they can ignore whatever we have to say or offer, because it's just a big empty show.
On the other hand, if we do love one another… then we’re telling them there’s something here worth investigating. If they can see our love for one another... the world will be drawn to us. And when they come to check us out... they just might find Jesus himself!
